How do I personalize my product?

On the respective product page you can customize the text and the image of your product. If you need help, please contact our customer service via our contact form.

What material are the products made of?

Our personalizable products are made of high quality acrylic and printed by the latest printing technology.

Which photo can I use?

You can use any photo for your personalized glass artwork. The photo should have a sufficient image quality. If your image is not in the right format, you can crop it to the right size after uploading. Please do not use images with a transparent background, otherwise the transparent parts of the image will be printed in white.

Which texts can I personalize?

For your personalized glass artwork, you can customize the texts and details. Of course, special characters and emojis are also possible! ❤️

Order & Return

How long does the processing time take?

Most orders are produced on the same day, or at the latest on the following day, but in times of high demand (e.g. during the Christmas season) there may be a processing time of 2-4 business days. Each product is produced individually for you during this time.

How can I change the delivery address of my order?

To change your shipping address, please contact our customer service via our contact form. However, this is only possible within the first 24 hours after receipt of your order, as our production team will start processing your order very soon.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service via our contact form. However, this is only possible within the first 2 hours after receipt of your order, as our production team will start processing your order very soon.

How can I return my order?

Since our products are personalized for each customer individually, they can unfortunately not be returned. If your product does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service via our contact form and we will find a solution together.

What payment methods are offered?

You can pay with all common payment methods. We offer PayPal, credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, and more.

Which countries are supplied and how expensive is shipping?

Currently we deliver the USA.

How long does the shipping take?

The delivery time is usually only 1-2 business days! In times of high demand (eg in the Christmas season), however, it may be that the delivery of your products slightly delayed. So remember to buy your gifts in time :)

Our production and shipping team is working at full speed to ensure fast shipping.

How can I track my package?

You can track the status and the current whereabouts of your order at any time with our shipment tracking.

What can I do if my order contains an incorrect item?

We are sorry if we have shipped you the wrong item. Even our shipping team can make mistakes. Please contact our customer service via our contact form and we will help you!
