Return Policy

Any return accepted by GlassyArts will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days after the quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products. Please note that your right of return applies only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation and packaging. Personalized products can't be returned, because they are specifically manufactured for you.
